A Ground Source Heat Pump For a Manor House and Cottage in Kent
A fully refurbished main house and annex, previously reliant on an outdated heating system, were upgraded with a 30kW Nibe ground source heat pump and nine boreholes discreetly installed beneath the gravel drive to preserve the property’s grounds. The plant room was relocated to the main house’s basement, while the annex was connected via a pre-insulated underground pipe, enabling efficient heating for both buildings from a single three-phase heat pump.
